    I'm feeling pretty good about my loss, but I'm not sure that I'll really make it all the way to goal by the end of the 90 days. That's alright, though; I have the rest of my life to get there. Looks like most people are doing pretty well!

  • Hope you don't mind me joining this challenge a bit late (more like 65 days than 90!) but I'd really like to see some results by 1st May and it would be great to have the support of this thread as extra motivation!

    Start weight 24/02: 208lb (94.5 kg)
    Goal weight 01/05: 185lb (84 kg)
  • Starting Weight (2/3/11): 236 lbs
    Current Weight (3/2/11): 224 lbs
    Goal Weight (5/1/11): 195lbs

    I had to weigh in a day early because I'm not going to be home tomorrow and I'd rather not use another scale since it could be way off. I doubt 1 day is going to make a huge difference either way, so I'm sure it's fine. 3 lbs in a week is great, but I need to step it up a bit if I'm going to make my goal. Although at this rate I'll be within 5 lbs of my goal, which is still pretty awesome.

    Anyway, keep up the good work everyone. Remember, if you don't make your goal by May 1st, you're still going to be a lot stronger and healthier than you are right now!
  • Just thought I would add in my numbers... don't think I can make my May 1st goal, but I'm happy that I'm making progress.

  • It's May 1st so I thought I'd do my final weigh-in for this challenge. I've slacked for the past month or so, so I didn't make my goal, BUT...

    I've lost 10 pounds since Feb 1st. Cool!
