What is your weight loss and exersize plan: I hired a diet coach to help me be more accountable for what kind of foods I'm eating. This thread will be yet another layer of accountability. She is working with me a on a 1200 c. a day diet, but I'm having a REALLY HARD TIME with it. Mostly, though, I want to make sure my 1200 calories are foods that are GOOD FOR ME. I'm working on my next grocery list every day online through peapod and I'm making sure it's all healthful foods with lots of nutrition.
My exercise plan is still up in the air. I know that I love rollerblading and I know that my dog needs to be taken on walks. Otherwise, I'm about to start a 2 week plan of getting up at 6 am in order to see if a gym membership would be worth me purchasing. Also, I'm going to see if I can stick to a schedule for Pilates making purchasing a package worth it.
What are your goals during this process: I want to lose 25 - 30 lbs. But, more impotantly, I want to change my eating and exercise habits for life!
What are you looking forward to the most: Posting a photo on myspace that reads "EAT YOUR HEART OUT" and hoping to god that my last 3 boyfriends (2 of them for which I was engaged) see it.
