) There is still some left, but I have a bit of a cold so I can't smell it so it's not even tempting 
about your knee, hope it heals up quick. Rest,elevation and ice work wonders and are still a regular part of my routine and it really keep things under control so I can keep up with the workouts. I still can't walk, run or do any impact exercise. I wish I could send you my eliptical machine cause they're awesome for knee problems.
