Hey girls!!! I finally found a minute (that I'm not too exhausted) to sit down and give a shout out!!! Work is going well, although they have been scheduling me too many hours, money is good though, but.....I was only expecting 25 hours and I'm almost up to 35 now with 40+ for the month of December. I have to have another talk with my boss I guess. I lost another 3 lbs this week, I guess all the walking and OP food and being dog dead tired when I come home is paying off. huh?? oh well, nice to see some low numbers again on the scale!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Please don't over eat and remember, the white part of the turkey, minus the skin is the BEST for you. It has less fat grams and calories. Also Sweet potatoes and Punkin are both actually good for you.

Anyways, I added this weeks weigh-in on page 5. Only down .4, but being that it's TOM, I guess that's cool huh? LOL!

I am completely disgusted with myself! Rather than lose, I have managed to gain back everything I've lost!!! grrrrrr! I hope i do better in the New years challenge! This is what stress does to me. I gain weight, get even more depressed and then gain some more. Bah-Hum-Bug!
