Hello ALL:

There will be no more people excepted on either team.
We are already running into trouble because people have gone MIA and have not checked in and the teams are no longer even. We are trying to sort this out. Until then there will be no winning team... But congrats on all your losses!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!! You MUST post your weight by saturday night!!!
You have an entire week for WI ( Sunday thru Saturday)

Hi red team!! I'm confused....is this where we post our weekly weighins? Not many have been doing it so.....???

Sorry I was +1 lb this week, but TOM is coming....blech! I have been excercising and sticking to OP foods. Look out next week!! We are going away for holidays and won't be back until Friday 13th...(woooo spooky) but I'm planning on bringing my workout stuff to the hotel and getting some excercise in. I'll weigh in when I get back.

Sorry red team, it started off another bad week. I did pull myself up and start exercising again, but I guess for this week anyways, it was a lil' too little yanno? I hope it's better next week.

You all are correct POST ALL WEIGH IN's HERE. Gain/Loss or stand still all go in this thread....I haven't been doing all that great this week either red team.... However next week we are going to kick booty RIGHT????

Hey Ladies,im sorry I wasnt here for this weeks weigh in.My computer had to be fixed due to a worm.Im back but i had a bad week and only lost one lb.Keeping my chin up and back on track.We can do this ladies.No matter which team loses the most,,,WE ARE ALL WINNERS,,,because we all lost weight! Yep, we are supposed to be editing our original posts to cut down on the thread becoming gigantic and make things more streamlined for our lovely and gung-ho organizers (But YEAY for all losing! YEEHA!)
