How to post your weigh ins
OK, ladies to end all of the confusion, this is how weekly weigh in is going to work.
Starting weight (or week 1) will run from 9/17- 9/23. All starting weights are due by this Saturday night, September 23rd. Week 2 will run from Sunday, September 24th - Saturday, September 30th, again all weights are due on Saturday night. We will tally how much weight each team lost and post it on Sunday, October 1st. This will continue each week. We know everyone has a different weigh in day, so just post whenever you weigh in. Please remember to post only in your team's stats thread. And also please feel free to talk in the Chat Thread. Also, when you post your start weight ( which I know some of you have already done but we will need you to do it again, sorry) please copy and paste the following in your post: Week 1 (9/17-9/23) - starting weight = Week 2 (9/24- 9/30) - Week 3 (10/1- 10/7) - Week 4 (10/8- 10/14) - Week 5 (10/15- 10/21) - Week 6 (10/22- 10/28) - Week 7 (10/29-11/4) - Week 8 (11/5-11/11) - Week 9 (11/12-11/18) - Week 10 (11/19-12/25) - Week 11 (11/26-12/2) - Week 12 (12/3- 12/9) - Each week you will go in and edit your post with that week's weight. Been totally off plan for three weeks but I'm back in full swing now. Week 1 (9/17-9/23) - starting weight = 220.25 Week 2 (9/24- 9/30) -218.25 (-2 pounds) Week 3 (10/1- 10/7) -218.25 (sorry I stayed the same,atleast it wasn't a gain) Will try harder this week. Week 4 (10/8- 10/14) -220.5(+2.25) Sorry it was that TOM. Will be better next week. I think it was a lot of water rentention. Week 5 (10/15- 10/21) -219.0(-1.50) Week 6 (10/22- 10/28) - Week 7 (10/29-11/4) - Week 8 (11/5-11/11) - Week 9 (11/12-11/18) - Week 10 (11/19-12/25) - Week 11 (11/26-12/2) - Week 12 (12/3- 12/9) - My goals are to lose one to two pounds a week. Week 2 (Sep 27) - maintain = 216 Week 3 (Oct 7) - gained = 222.2 ( I know I didn't REALLY gain this much but I joined WW for real for the first time and it was the first time I weighed myself WITH clothes on) YIKES!! Hence the reason I was embarassed to check in last week....but I weigh myself at another meeting tomorrow and should be down a pound or two. Sorry ladies!!!
