Friday- 3 hours traipsing around used car lots
Saturday- 1 hour traipsing around a used car lot
Sunday- 1 hour of walking
Monday- it was a holiday so I sat on my butt all day reading
Tuesday - belly dance night - 1 1/2 hours of dancing
WOW! Tuesday is my dance class night too. Really only one hour of exercize, the first class was zil practice. It's the beginner class that I still go to for basic skills. the second hour is the folklore class, we are studying Egyptian right now. Hip drops, lots of hip drops.
Put my car in the garage yesterday for last last last minute warranty work.
This morning ...NO car...could have called girlfriend around corner to give me a ride. I decided that I would take off and walk and if anyone I knew stoped and offered I would take IT!!! Needless to say I got to the end of my street, turned the corner and saw the back of her SUV heading down the street. So much for the ride
Took me 20 minutes and I got in 3000 steps-YIPEEEE. Now I am thinking about walking more often, maybe walk my bike (once I find one in the garage that works out of the dozen that are there!) down the hill and ride the bike home-UP the hills.
