Saturday, May 15, and Sunday May 16: massive amount of housecleaning, minor carpentry, "stuff" rearranging, little projects-- exhausting!
Monday, May 17, 2004: 30 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes treadmill... jeez, for me, going to the gym is easier, gives me more energy, and is a lot more fun-- I just don't have the "Noodles clean gene!"
1 Hour Of Light Gardening/Digging/Watering
5 Loads Of Washing, Folding, Putting Away, Dragging More Across The House To Be Done...etc.
1 Hour Heavy Cleaning/Re-Organizing Office Desk..yay no more dust!!
Despite cramps I walked three miles today! I usually end up just lying around my first day, but today I decided to go out and walk. When I got back my cramps were worse, but I felt pretty good regardless.
Friday, May 14 - 2 1/2 hours of walking
Saturday, May 15 - 4 1/2 hours of walking
Sunday-major cleaning out of boxes and arranging closets - every bit counts
Just for good measure -- I Gazelled several times today. My car is in the shop and I am stuck at home so I figure I might as well be doing something HEALTHY.
Unlike NOODLES I can always find something OTHER than housework to do.
