I would like to join the challenge...it will give me more motivation. I am rebooting on the Ideal Protein Diet using alternatives. Good luck to everyone!
maggie I have been feeling the munchies lately too, and TOM is still weeks and weeks away!! I hope that you have a nice trip and are able to come home with a loss!! I am not sure why I said 20 lbs. I think maybe, it is a "one thing at a time" type mindset... BUT I did start working out this weekend, so now I don't think I will wait!! I change my mind often LOL.
carol Good call changing your weigh in day to today... I hope that you are still in onederland!! Good job making good food choices! I hate that "fat" feeling, hopefully that passes quickly!
diana Welcome!! You are off to a fantastic start!
toomanydimples I can't believe that time is flying so fast!! Every year it gets faster... January was an awesome month for you!!

Good morning everyone! It's been awhile since I've been on 3FC, and I have forgotten how to get my ticker back on my post Any help with that would be appreciated! Thank you all
Diana Hi! I downloaded a ticker from ticker factory so it might be different than you, but if you go to "user CP" and then "edit signature" you can paste the code into that box and then hit update. It takes a few hours for it to show up, so it might appear to not have worked at first.
lexxi I hear you on being off plan on the weekend. I hope yours goes back down very fast!!
Welcome to the challenge, Diana B! Can't help you with the ticker - I don't have one myself, so I'm not sure how that works.
Carol: I do the same thing if I forget to weigh in. One point of weighing at the same time each day is to get an accurate overall trend. But if you stayed on plan, I wouldn't worry about the up bounce. Personally, I'm finding that the longer I'm in weight loss mode, the shallower the slope of my downward weight trend.
kfunk: I see! I just didn't know if there was a reason for that particular weight. But yeah, the one thing at a time notion make sense! I do just enough exercise to help with my health, and haven't focused on fat/lean weight much yet.
maggie I decided to start now and not wait. I told you I change my mind a lot hahah! I have done a workout 3 of the last 4 days and am excited to keep going! I really like the treadmill so far!! I can't remember where I was specifically but I know that according to my scale my BF % was 39.x and last night it was 38, so that is exciting because my weight isn't moving.
diana I hope that works, how frustrating!
Laura Congrats on your loss this month, fantastic job!!! I am excited about next month too!!
Checking in at the end of January with a loss of 11.0 lbs overall! (My final weigh-in for 2017 was 210.4.) Since this is a year-long challenge, I will be checking in at the end of every month like I did for the last thread. I hope we all have a great month of progress in February...good luck, everyone!

Happy with my loss last month. Especially as this was only from eating better, and the only exercise I was doing was at work.
I will be incorporating exercise back into my routine in the near future!
