I am switching things up the next couple days to try to shock my body into getting out of this stall. I am going to eat the same but cut my walking by half or more. I am going to try for 10,000 steps instead of 25,000 or more. I am going to throw in some exercises I do not normally do, high leg marching, jumping jacks, push-ups, etc. Stick with my 64 plus oz of water. I hope this gets my weight moving down again.
