I've got to get my weekends under control. I lose 3 pounds during the week, and then gain 2 back over the weekend. I guess I'm losing over all, but how nice would it be if I didn't gain back the two??

Great job Eliana . . . I'm still waiting on my whoosh. Today is day 14 for me and I've lost almost 8 lbs, but the first 7 were lost in the first 6 days.

Water weight to be sure. The chili I made was LOADED with salt! I think it must have been the canned chili beans. I don't know what else would have been so salty!
