    So freaking close to goal! So relieved I didn't gain while in LA. I think the past week truly did teach me that I can eat what I want, just eat it in moderation. I am glad to get back into the routine of healthy eating....I think I was going to turn into a big cup of frozen yogurt if I stayed out there! lol
