    30 to 45 minute walk yesterday
    Hopefully going to the gym today, if not, will walk again
  • Cardio and weights for arms.

    20 min strength training (upper body)
  • I just started this group and this workout. I am training for my first marathon though I have never moved farther than 3 miles. Started Sept. 12--30 min walk Sept. 13 walk/run 30 stretch 30 min
    Sept 14 run/walk 35 min
  • Planned 2.5m run.
  • Cardio and weights for arms.
  • 40 min. treadmill walk (35 HI)
  • 30 min treadmill walk, 30 min elliptical.
  • 55 min walk/jog outside (45 HI)
  • 30 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill, 35 min weights.

  • Hey everyone.

    I just came back from an hour of swimming laps in a pool. I was going pretty slow but I still feel amazing.
  • Cardio and abs.
  • 35 min on the treadmill today = 1.5 miles

    do most of you count by time spent or miles gone?
  • Weight train routine (full body) Friday, and 3.5 mile run on Saturday. Great week on plan!
