  • Hey there everyone!

    I fell on Friday and screwed up my knee. Its only bruised and sore and nothing that is going to keep me down for long... I can manage some int he gym and most in the pool so here is my time since thursday ( the last time I managed to post on here )

    thursday - 60 min
    saturday -60 min
    sunday -75 minutes

    SO

    personal total~ 740 - 195 = 545 minutes to go!!!

    300 + total~ 1591+195= 1786!!
    whoohoo not too shabby for a week!!! and I am sure that number will soar when everyone gets back on the server and updates their time for the weekend!

    group goal: 1786 + 30 = 1816

    personal goal 400 - 35 = 365 - 30 =335
  • Well, I did 20 minutes yesterday, and 20 minutes today...brings my total up to 119, and the group total: 1816+40=1856
  • I did 10 minutes of walking and 10 of stretching and stability ball exercises for a total of 20 minutes. I am actually looking forward to going back to work tomorrow so I can go back to the gym and walk on the treadmill. Boy does that feel crazy! My new total is 177.

    The group total is 1856 + 20 = 1876
  • Nancy, I had that same feeling! I felt bad about almost skipping out last night, and it felt good to just exercise! And today, I looked FORWARD to it! New and different for sure!
  • I'm so glad to hear people missing exercise! I've been sick and not doing as much as I would like. I still don't like doing it, but I know I feel better when I do!!
  • Well, once again, knowing that I want to report to you guys made me do a little extra over the past few days. The change over had me off the site for two days (not sure why the delay) so I have Sat, Sun and Mon to record.

    Sat - 40mins treadmill, 43mins exercise bike and 7mins steps = 90 mins

    Sun - 50mins treadmill, 30mins brisk walk with hubby and 40mins bike = 120mins

    Mon - 45mins treadmill, 10mins laps of oval with kids, 33mins bike and 7mins steps = 95mins

    So... Personal Goal = 1825 - 305 = 1520

    Group Total... 1876 + 305 = 2181

    Ok well last week I didn't add 30 minutes of walking, so I need to add that plus 30 mins of salsasize today.


    Group Total: 2251 = 30+30 = 2311

    45 minutes for me today

    personal total ~ 545-45= 500 minutes to go!!

    300 + total is 2311+45=2356 minutes!

    Woo-Hoo! I did 90 minutes at the gym today.

    2356 + 90 = 2446 minutes all together. Since it's the first day I actually went back to the gym it's my starting total. Keep up the good work ladies.

    I only got 150 mins in this weekend...it's been crazy...and I haven't gotten any in yet today...I'm trying I'm trying ...going there right now...

    2446 + 150 = 2596 Group Total

  • Okay ladies.. I am officially back in the game! Well, I have to take it easy, but I can now start exercising again.

    My goal for this week is to get in 45 minutes of exercising, so I don't overdo it but I at least get something done.

    Starting next week, I want to attempt to get 120 minutes each full week and 60 minutes the partial week, so that'd be a total of 345 minutes for February.

    There is 30 mins for today so that brings the
    group total: 2596 + 30 = 2626

    Personal Total = 210 + 30 = 240
