    Right Arm = before 17.25 after 16.5
    Rib Cage (bra band) = before 42.5 after 42
    Upper Stomach = before 52 after 48
    Waist = before 47.5 after 47
    Lower Stomach/Hips = before 57.5 after 56
    Left Thigh = before 28 after 26.5
    Right Thigh = before 27 after 25
    Left Calf = before 17.5 after 17.5
    Right Calf = before 17.5 after 17.5

    is there a specific way or is it an individual thing?
    for me, i am concerned about my gut and i don't see any measurements for that particular area.

    your gut will be measured in with your hips.

    Basically, no changes. At least I havent gained any weight/inches. I have a new resolve for the new 6 week period.
