  • i burned 400 calories on my exercise bike yesterday (32 minutes) and today i want to burn 800 calories!! i will do it in two sessions.

    thurs-cardio coach v 6
    Friday-step aerobics + abb work
    Sat-fullbody workout
    sun-rest

    Narnia99-thanks for the welcome...Love cardio coach. He had a sale last year(5$) and i jumped on it and purchased volumes 1-6 Im so glad i did...there so fun.

  • Angie and I did our Saturday walk to Starbucks with the girls...the 3.5 mile route. Beautiful morning...hope it is nice in your area gals!
