Bonnie- I feel your pain. I went on fitday last week to see what I was eating calorie wise (normally not dieting - it was shocking) and I was 23 pounds higher that I was in April, when I was last trying to diet.
That is why I am going to MRC - I am taking this weight off, and not letting it come back!

Amen to NOT letting it come back!
I feel so different this time than I have doing any other plan. I haven't been obsessive with food, exercise, weighing myself several times a day. This must really be what they mean by eat to live, not live to eat. I don't think I have ever felt like this before...where I need to eat just to nourish myself. I don't think too much about what I could be eating (or can't). I think THIS is my meal, I am thankful that I have that food when there are people in the world who have no food. This is the meal that will give me a longer life, more time with my kids and a hot sexy body (tee hee). I am thankful for being able to afford MRC and getting to meet with them twice a week to discuss anything going on in my life (food or otherwise). And even tho, the Wii Fit calls me obese everytime I do a body test on it (jerk), I am thankful that I AM able to exercise. I think we need to think positive about our situation, instead of thinking of what we are missing out on, think about what we do have! and most importantly--- WE HAVE EACH OTHER!
