Hey guys,
I feel lousy! I think I am getting sick. I was at school studying from 9 until 9 today... I think my brain is fried. Anyway, not the 'cleanest' day as I was in a study group in which people brought tons of candy etc. So, had some cheezies, candy, and timbits (doughnut holes)! Well, at least I stayed within my calories. Have I mentioned how excited I am for exams to be done?!?! Only 4 more in 6 days! Then I can finally start my christmas shopping

Breakfast: Oatmeal with hh and jam, tea
Snack: Orange, 1/2 bag cheezits
Lunch: couscous with beans, veggies and dip, 12 nibs, 10 peach rings
Snack: tea, orange
Supper: cup of tomato soup, 2 timbits
Snack: 2 timbits, 1/2 apple with tbls peanut butter.

... and yes, I do think it is okay to use calories for drinks, as long as it is not a regular thing, mostly because of the things we can be tempted to eat after a few! At least, my willpower goes out the window
