  • Satuday i took a 1 hour weight lifting class
  • Saturday I didn't actually work out at the gym, but I walked about 5 miles shopping. Does that count?

    Actually I do think I needed the day off, as my whole body was quite sore from the past week's workouts. Today I feel much better and am going to hit the 5 p.m. yoga class at the gym.

  • Sunday 45 mins cardio
    15 mins weight focusing on shoulders
  • 45 min on the elliptical and a ton of cleaning.

    I'm debating how to count Saturday...I delivered floral arrangements for mother's day. All day long. Granted, a lot of it was car riding...but tell me it isn't exercise to stand at someone's doorstep for 5 minutes holding a giant vase. My shoulders burned.
