I can't believe it's been 2 years already. Wow. Hope you had a nice evening out and our best to you and former The Boy, now The Husband

were hanging out. After a while it just doesn't look good anymore. So I'm with you - be appropriate in your dress and I think we all tend to wear things that are too loose rather than fitting properly.
You're right, takes alot of discipline to do that.
I know there have been 2 outbreaks of Guardia virus among the cats but they are able to contain it quickly. Hard when you have so many animals in close quarters together. I too have gone to containers for the tomato plants. The soil here is full of clay and the only spot that seems to get enough sun is DH's hummer garden and we know we will NOT be getting access to that
or up by the pool. I might just stick with the farmer's market this year and forgo the garden altogether.
Have a good day all...
, but in a good way. I was tired and sore when I left, and was lucky enough to come home to a home cooked meal made by John's mom. Beef stew over potatoes. Yummm! But I did learn something interesting...I ate around a cup to 1.5 cups of potatoes and when I checked my blood glucose, it was higher than it usually is after dinner. It was only 122, but that's considerably higher than it is normally after dinner. So I need to take it easy when it comes to potatoes. The weather today is supposed to get up to the mid 70s, so I'm going to take a walk at lunch. Yay!

Someone that size should not let it all hang out. And once we were in Reno, NV and we saw a 75 year old woman wearing a neon green tube top over her 36D- EXTRA LONG hanging down chest. They almost went down to her hips. Yuck! I mean, I'm rarely a fashion plate when I walk out the door, but I do look in the mirror and make sure everything is in it's place and all my flab is covered.
We go to the Farmer's Market for some veggies in the summer, but I want to grow stuff I use a lot of like tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow crookneck squash, and lettuce. Might need more pots though. I grow cucumbers and squash up tomato cages too rather than let them spread out, and it works just fine.
to everyone I missed!

to everyone else. I'm not really back yet, just lurking while I do my time down in the doldrums.
