I've also been stressed out at work
which combined with too little exercise has made me really crabby
and blue
especially at home. Hormones suck!! At least I know what I need to do...walk at lunch (unless I have to work through it) and do some sort of exercise after I get home from picking up my doggie at the vet (nothing serious...just a blood test/checkup). And I need to get back on my eating plan - eating more veggies and portion controlled frozen dinners and less of my MIL's good cooking.Shad - I do hope you feel better soon. And you're smart not to exercise before you're up to it. Us northerners and the Canada contingent could loan you plenty of winter clothing. But the doona sounds comfier!

Mel - I'm still trying to stock up on endorphins - I have a bit of a shortage since I didn't work out much over the weekend. I walked yesterday at lunch and went to the gym for cardio and weights last night. And while it felt great...the endorphins didn't last too long. So I'll walk up and down the stairs at work when I can find time. I'll send endorphins your way after I stock up, okay?
