Salsakym ~ I have thought about making my own hummus but I really like the brand that I found and worried I can’t recreate that taste myself.
Theresa ~ Thanks for the congrats. I just really want to get my weekends together so I can have bigger losses instead of having to lose the bloat each week for all those extra cals on the weekend. Congrats on the 29th anniversary, mine is 16th this year the end of July.
Zoe ~ I don’t even want to think about the amount of sodium we eat when we eat out. I also realize that just a few years ago that my families sodium intake was horrible because I used things like hamburger helper. That stuff is just loaded with sodium. I really read labels now.
Tinky ~ Just give them time. My dogs are not real big into each other. I mean the play on occasion but sleep in different areas. I love the freedom of choice also and I would say I eat healthier having choice than being told what to eat and when. I think most of us are that way. I have always been and animal fan since I was old enough to walk. Dogs and horses are my favs. I will have horses until I can either not afford them or to old to care for them.
Abby ~ Good luck with the smoking. The first few weeks are the hardest and then it gets easier and easier. I quit cold turkey with no help so I know from experience how hard it is. I feel so much healthier and smell better too. HAHAHAHAHA!
Carrie ~ Thanks for sharing the information on the healthy fats and trans fats. I found it very interesting. I did the weight calculations and mine came out to 2198 to maintain. I am active so I was able to use the 1.3. You are doing so well, don’t give up now. HUGS! Is all I can say about your bedtime horror. I wouldn’t have any hair left. My youngest, Olivia (16 yrs old), had colic and it was horrible but I can’t image taking on two babies and a toddler. No way, No how. Two was enough for me but then again you probably didn’t plan on twins.
Natalia ~ I have to do my exercise first thing in the morning or I won’t do it either. I get up earlier to get my meals around for the day and exercise. I have been doing if a couple of years now (haven’t been calorie counting that long, just since February) and I can’t image doing it any other way. You cracked me about the yoga pants, I always wear elastic waist and stretch pants of all sorts because of my belly.
Luc’s Mom ~

That is fantastic that you and your son are doing this together. I wish I could get my DD to do it me but I can’t convince her. Maybe this summer.
Zoe ~ Your doing well. Yes, cheese does have a lot of sodium in it and that is probably where the majority of yours is coming from with having pizza but I am not willing to give up my cheese. I usually eat Fat Free now or 2%.
Zenor ~ Happy Dance for the 12’s.
Petra ~ I love spaghetti and garlic bread. Have you tried to make healthy versions? I boy whole wheat pasta, found an organic spaghetti sauce that I like (low sodium and all natural), and I use lean turkey burger. I usually don’t make the garlic bread but you could use light bread and just brush it with olive oil lightly and garlic powder. HMMMM! I am getting hungry an may make it for dinner.
Tinky ~ I have one scale and I am sticking with it even if it makes me mad. HAHAHAH! I have two, digital and dial sitting side by side. I weigh first thing in the morning and my brain and eyes are not always working the greatest yet so I decided the dial is to hard to see but it usually likes me better than the digital. I weighed myself the other day when I took my DD to the doctor and came home and weighed with the same cloths and everything and discovered that the digital that I have is right. So like it or not my digital is accurate. Plus it has big numbers that are easy to see. HAHAHA!
Well I better get going for now and get some work done but I will pop in and out today.
