this day is flying by.....now that i said that it will crawl......been here since 7 am......not a whole lot to do, we didnt get stock in today because of memorial day......so were all just standing around looking like were busy......business has been pretty steady though so theres plenty of customers to pick up after......in my oldest dd words "losers" ....
had a turkey and cheese sandwich for lunch and a fat free caramel pudding....almost as good as butterscotch...definitely worth the trade off. oh i found some nutrigrain eggo waffles half the fat....they were yummy, grabbed some of that i cant believe its not butter spray.....that works better on waffles too because you dont have to try to spread the butter ....
has anybody tried those new spray on salad dressings that wishbone has been advertising???? i was going to get some today and forgot all about it when i was at wally world. heading to water aerobics at 6:15 ill check in later.

Can you believe the vending machine is not working?? Life just really sucks.......lol ugh.....plan B is to go look in the kitchen and after that the front office is always pigging out. I can go up there and snag something......I just didn't want to actually have to walk somewhere.....

Shawna Ick , on spray for salad dressings..... I had a can of tuna that I found in the kitchen. I had a grill cheese/turkey sandwish for breakfast so I feel ok , I guess I will survive the day til dinner. The day is slow here in Oregon!! Our pool opened over the weekend, I think it is heated. I really need to take Gaby in the pool, when she heard people splashing she started taking her clothes off.....and wanting to go in....*sigh* ok, ....I guess I will go work!!

No, I am Spanish/ Irish.... I have my blonde moments though (ok, most of the time.....and I like it that way!! -lol). That was 25 pounds ago.....*sigh* I would be happy at 150 now. Thanks

HI everyone, I don't have much time but I wanted to post and say I do miss you all. My Mother is in the hospital and my son and I have been sleeping over at their house to keep an eye on her since she was sick for the past few days. Anyway, she didn't better so she is in the hospital and my dad is a mess. Usually he is the sick one since he had a stroke in February and we took care of him for a while.

Stress eating is about to begin and I can only hang on for much longer.

I hope you all have had a good weekend and when I get a chance I will write you more.

I pestered this state lady for some information on a plaque that is going to be given in my fathers name in June,,,I think it sounds so nice....I cut & pasted the info here.....just feeling bummed now.....*sigh*....

The place making the plaque is suppose to send a preview of how the plaque will look like via e-mail for our approval. As soon as I receive it I will forward to you.
The plaque will have "A TRUE NATIVE WARRIOR" with his name in the center, then below his name it will say " Dedicating his life's work to all people". Then in the background we will have words as follows: Compassion, honor, dedication, respect, determination and humanity. It will also be translated into Spanish. We requested to have some Native and Mexican art in the background.

hey everybody, just got home from our foster sons baseball game, what a hoot watching all the little boys running after the ball....
water aerobics was good, we worked harder tonight...im Pooped with a capital P!!

I've been out of town ...up in the woods communing with nature, lol....nah, just visiting my mom.....

Been reading to catch up and hope to post more in the next day or two. I didn't weigh 'cause there was no scale, but I'm back home and back OP, so hope to have good scale news on the next WI day.

Hi all!!!! I was Pooped today...it was that junk I ate over the weekend for sure. I stepped right back into my 1200 cals today. I didn't get any real exercise today though...I really wanted to go for a walk but it was waaaaay too hot outside. I am hoping the heat will be more 'do-able' in a couple days so I can get back outside to my walks. That walking was really helping me melt off some extra weight.

Just wanted to say good night I had my 7-11 diet dinner - yum,yum. Never going to lose weight the way I am going!! Really need to refocus!

I am pooped to Bep. I sat and watched The little Mermaid with Gaby after work and kept falling asleep.

YAY Katy!! Did you say you were going to commune with nature?? I was totally worried and stressed that you were ok! lol....glad to have you back - where does your mother live?? Gaby has her last day of school on the 6th!! She really loved preschool.....
