Andrea: Great job on throwing out the candy and riding the bike
Thanks for the hot cocoa suggestion. I did buy a can of sugar free whipped cream in the can but haven't tried it yet. DD used some last night, her and her friend are inventing foods and they made "coco peanut" which consisted of a graham cracker topped with peanut butter, coconut, whip cream and sprinkles! LOL At least the name is better than their other concoction, "hot crack"!: that's cheese melted on crackers in the micowave.

Tina: congrats on the 2 lbs! I'll try the gum idea too, thanks! I also agree I get a lot of good support from this board, writing my menu keeps me honest and less apt to eat those little bites here and there. I also like the recipes and hopefully all the reading about exercise will inspire me to get moving.

Tuesday menu: B: cereal w/ blueberries, tea L: Lean Cuisine, yogurt S: 2 rice cakes D: chicken & sauteed peppers, cheese, sour cream in a wrap, crust from DS cornbread toast. Points: about 24 Vitamins: no Water: 24 oz. Exercise: no (did clean out desk in kitchen)

I forgot my sneakers again but I do have on comfortable flat shoes so maybe I'll walk a little bit if boss isn't around.

Do you think we should come up with a name for our group? Any ideas?

I hope everyone is doing good.

Hi girls. I was wondering if anyone wants to merge with another thread as it seems not many are posting here. I see the 30 something with 30 something to lose has also lost some of their posters and are looking for new blood...anyone up for merging? If not, we can stay here and hope that the others return home! LOL Just a thought.

Sounds like a good Idea Maureen, I agree I think we've lost a couple and it helps to have a larger resource base to pull from when you are in need of advise and what not.... Its nice to get a lot of different opinions.

Default Thursday

Hi girls. I lurked in the The Diet Journey of 2006 which started just a few days before our thread and it looks like a great group where at least a half dozen people post each day. I'm going to post there today and hopefully those of you still here will come and post there as well. I'll check back here later and tomorrow to see if there's still people posting. I'll post both places if any of you remain here and keep posting.

Maureen
