7.5k on the treadmill this morning, and exercise ball stuff.
I'm seriously considering walking home from work tomorrow as my car might have to stay in the garage over night, problem is I'd have to walk through some pretty dodgy areas so might see how I feel tomorrow - it's 3 or 4 miles so would be a nice length for a walk after work.
Hi Everbody
Wondered if anybody else has joined the new bbc big challenge?
I know some of you are way above the standard.
I'm trying to stick to my first week of having five 30 min walks.
Just thought it might be helpful to some.
I'm getting the emails and tracking my progress on the website, but to be honest it's not getting me to do anything I don't do already. When it first started and it was like walk for 30 minutes several times a week I thought hang on, I already run that far. Still, I keep reading them in case I get any nuggets of interesting information.
Not signed up for the big challenge, but I did do most of my full body weights session. Cut it short cos 1) Nearly Hubby came home and 2) My wrist was giving me a bit of gyp!
I had a good day today, did cardio at works gym this morning, and weights at home gym tonight. I have been lurking on ladies who lift, what sort of changes have you made to your diet frus? And have you been using the protein powder? How much did it cost? What does it taste like? Where did you get it?
You know i've got 3 giant containers of Protein Powders and I don't drink it anymore it tastes quite good actually..i've got Vanilla, Chocolate and Macaroon (would'nt get that one again) I've got a small container of Kinetix Chocolate Shake powder too now thats my favourite but its not exactly protein powder its a 40-40-20 mix. I've checked the dates and they are still good I just need to remember to have one now and then
I missed exercising yesterday but i'll make sure I do something today
