Who us??? Never

And I still dislike a select group of people at work, who are the most incompetent bunch I have ever had to work with. If I ever behaved in the manner they have, I would have been fired. But it is a very high profile project, and it would not have been completed on time if the group had been properly managed. And while the project may be "done" none of it works, and has needed to be constantly cleaned up by the employees who were excluded from the project because we "weren't needed".

It just is hard when you work with the public and you can't tell if they are really joking or just being jackasses.

And speaking of jackasses....
The person I waited on earlier today who had "joyful" for a name and wasn't can bite me!

my new granny panties can bite me. i wore these today cause I have on loose fitting pants so i wouldn't have to worry about a pantyline and i could be comfortable. However these suckers keep creeping up. I think they were a thong in their past life. my boss caught me pulling them back in place and MAN i felt stupid.

OK - I just had to get that out of my system. You guys are killing me.

Squeak and Blugirrl - my thoughts are with both of you. I've been in both situations and remember *shudder* what it's like. My DH has been at the same job for the last 4 years and yet he constantly worries about being laid off because it happened so often prior to that job and he went long stretches without a job. He will never feel secure again.

My bite me is about many of the people at work. There is one manager here who feels it is ok to micro-manage and berate his staff and basically treat them like dirt. The other day he was arguing with an employee for 1 1/2 hours. I finally went over to his office (mid-arguing) and told him he was making it hard for others to work. I told him if he was going to continue arguing to please do it elsewhere. He had the nerve to say that he was "discussing" not arguing. And apparently (got this from the person he was discussing with) that he told me to mind my own business as I was walking away. I won't even get into the fact that this individual is a "separatist" and has no respect for Anglophones.

THIS PERSON CAN BITE ME BIG TIME.

I'll save the other stories for later on. This particular rant is getting too long. I'm sooooooo glad I'm on vacation next week.

Phew....thanks for listening guys.
