Except for the annoying music in the background, I really enjoy the Walk Away the Pounds tapes. I have some decent Tai Chi tapes (Discover Tai Chi). Plus lately, cleaning my house.

running on the indoor track, lifting weights, playing with the crew. That's how I get my exercise in.

Focused on the gym lately, treadmill, elliptical, rowing, weights... which is no sacrifice as it's been POURING with rain here, just bucketing down.

Did I mention somewhere or other I have a new to me bike? 15
speeds which is Really_Important when one's 10 feet above sea
level I think...

Hey for 14 50 what more can you ask? Well... Streamers for one
thing. So now it has hot pink and purple ones. Which is good
considering those are the color of the bike.. Really wanted
Hello Kitty *sigh* Strangely enough DH seemed pleased they were
out of the aforementioned Hello Kitty...

Saving so much it seemed only fitting and proper to deck it
out. Plus there's that entire butt thing and realizing it needs
a certain level of comfort. Super Support Gel Seat. Wide Super
Support Gel Seat. Headlight and tail light. Water bottle. And a
really kewl gizmo that tells me how fast how far how long and
how many calories burned. And a lock. Must protect the
streamers.

Sent back Pilates for Dummies. Won't be looking to buy. LS 3
mile walking one arrived today. Gotta love Netflix for trying
before buying.

Hoisting many storage bins with winter clothes, getting out the
summer ones and general junk house cleaning. Okay Okay there's
a small amount of Christmas stuff that still needs to be
stored. In my defense the trees are all down.

The one in the kitchen doesn't count....

Damned weights. Elliptical machine. Treadmill. Exercise bike (I've gotta be desparate to get on that, because it bores the **** out of me). Yoga.
I still don't understand why I'm not underweight from all the night sweats I get...

Anymore--it's walking and yoga.

I have an 8 year old lab with a hurt foot (injured dew claw) and my SIL is pg, and put on bedrest.........

Being a doggy lover, I have been going over there to walk her 11 mo. old Chesapeake Bay retriever every other day so that he doesn't get crazy in his kennel from being young, and being forced to be sedentary. He LOVES it and is SO happy to see me and my leash. We have become fast friends. My doggie can smell him on my clothes, and I remind him that only HE is my favorite.

But the youngin' takes me on one WILD walk, I tell ya! Mach II through his neighborhood.

Good exercise!!!!
