I had 350 left to go... but went to a rally today in support of our president and troops -- was there a couple hours and walked up and down the streets handing out signs, etc... so I decided that I could count it as a VERY conservative 30 minutes of walking. So my total is now...

Ya'll are sooooo sneaky, I posted Saturday morning and there wasn't much going on and then, I get here this morning and wham, lots of post......... (I love it, much more motivating)

Sunday, day off. Altho I worked Sat and Sun in the yard. Oh my gosh, picked up limbs, raked leaves, painted three doors, door faceings. Was sort of glad to get back to work, if you know what I mean.
I haven't posted my last couple of workouts yet-I did 40 minutes of strength training on Friday, 40 minutes of strength training today...I was busy all weekend long, with yardwork and painting and all-but I am not counting that as workout time!
