  • Hi girls! Gosh, I'm gone for a couple of days and come back and we have all these post! Love it.

    First a big welcome to Dance4Joy, and great job on the wt loss!

    Work was crazy yesterday, so here are the totals thru Sunday, March 16th.

    KitKat, I've moved up to the 3/4 tapes, both on sweat and weights and tomorrow is my day 45 - half way there!

    Dance4Joy, what type wt loss program are you doing? I started back on the low carb a week or so ago. Up until then I was just cutting back then got a little too sassy and started gaining back.
  • 10 min warmup elliptical
    35 min. upper body weights
    45 min. Walk Away the Pounds

    510 - 90 = 420 min. remaining
  • Today -- 605 - 120 = 485

    Treadmill 45 mins
    Cross-trainer 15 mins
    60 mins strength training, walking back and forth to gym

    Earned a new icon today, yay!!!

    SEMO, in answer to your question, I am just eating healthfully and exercising a lot. I do take Juice Plus Complete every day in juice, milk, or a shake. I don't "cheat" -- ever (well not SO far anyway, and don't plan to!) I also belong to a great Christian Home Group who are also trying to get in shape so have good support. Personally I don't like dieting but need something I can stick with; of course that is different for each of us.

  • Good Morning Ladies, well I didn't do my exercise this am, just couldn't tear myself away from the TV. Woke up early and wanted to catch up on what had happen while sleeping. I pray that this is over quickly and get our people back home.
