Well we are just back from Florida and I am so bummed out.
This last week has been very stressful (some holiday...long story...), I haven't run in a week

and my home scale says I gained 15 pounds
I am assuming that most of that is water weight cause by sitting for three solid days in the van on the drive home but...come ON!!
My last run was last weeekend though and I ran 5.2 miles. My longest run to date and it was AWESOME!! I did it in under an hour and didn't even feel dead afterwards. My plan is to get outside for another run tomorrow morning and flood my body with water to see if I can flush some weight away.
Sigh...

but perhaps a pre-birthday run is just what the stars had planned for you. Either way, you'll do great, I'm sure.
So sorry to those of you still fighting injuries. Hopefully things will improve for you all soon.
Now that my vacation is over, I will try to keep up with the posts a little better than I have.
