Arm pain
I've been working on doing more light weights (2lbs - 5bs) arm exercises and after this week my arms hurt so bad on the inside of my elbow. It feels like bicep tendon tightened up badly and won't relax, and it it especially hurts to straighten my arms out.
Not really sure if this is the right area to post in, but anyone else familiar with this pain? I took two rest days in a row, but it came right back today when I was working with my trainer and we hardly did any arm weights today compared to normal. Any suggestions / advice on how to work around this aside from applying heat and some Tylenol?
