It is a new month, a fresh clean slate that we have laying before us.
Each of us knows what we need to do and what challenges we have to conquer. We can pray and lift each other up and watch the weight go bye bye!
But more than the weight we can get stronger and healthier. By the time the holidays roll around we will have our new routines in place so we can kick some holiday eating booty. 
I started the 21 day walk challenge from the Leslie Sansone sight. I'm not a paid member but they tell you have many miles and stuff for those of us that aren't. Today was a three mile walk. I did the walk away abs. Breakfast was spaghetti squash with tomato, onion and a fried egg on top. Delicious.
My honey is on vacation this week. We are having a staycation so I should be able to post.
Solly...Just work the wine into your program. You should be able to enjoy the things you love.

Hubby just came in and I'm sure he is starvin' like Marvin. He and the boy just came in from squirrel hunting. Good thing we don't rely on that for food or we would starve. They are three for O this year..LOL
