  • Sue -- Thanks for that great post. I think you hit the right line between motivating people, but hopefully not pressuring!!!! And it's so right that it's good for us as people as well as us the group!!

  • Slow start for me... 15 minute walk today

    Group: 890 + 15 = 905
  • Group total 905 + 65 = 970

    This is the waking I did today...MAN i ahd to DRAG myself out of the house.

    I am setting my Personal Goal for this month at 850 minutes. That may be difficult with Christmas right here and busy, busy , busy!!!! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!!!

  • I'm shooting for 10 minutes a day, at least 6 days a week. Actually just to round it out, I'll say my overall goal will be 300 minutes this month.

  • i did another stint at the gym... feeling good! 70 min in.

  • Did 30 minutes on the Gazelle this morning. I'm already a quarter of the way to my goal for December. I am not going to change it though. Workweeks are notoriously tricky for me when it comes to exercise!

  • December 2nd - Got in 66 minutes of walking in the snow with John.

    Personal Total: 45 + 66 = 111/1465 - 1354 until goal!

    Group Total: 1140 + 66 = 1206
  • Went out for a walk like a good girl...

    Personal: 50/700

    Group Total: 30 + 1,206 = 1,236
  • Went to the gym and lifted weights for an hour! REALLY didn't want to leave the house, but now I feel virtuous!

    Group total ~ 1236 + 60 = 1296 min
  • 20 minutes on the bike = 7 miles

    1296+20 = 1316 Group Total
  • December 3rd - Just finished up a 28 minute walk.

    Personal Total: 111 + 28 = 139/1465 - 1326 until goal!
    (139/1200 & 0/245)



    Group Total: 1316 + 28 = 1344
  • OOooOooOo. I'm going to start with a goal that should be easy to reach, barring any Xmas disasters, since I've probably been doing this much for a few months now: 500 minutes. Personal total: 90/500.

    Can I add in all my minutes from the 1st of the month? If so, then:

    Group total 1344 + 90 = 1434
  • 1434+15=1449 minutes
