Man, do I have a headache. I wonder if it's sinus or if it's because I'm trying to get back OP? Are you guys still posting menus? Here's mine for the day..
BF- had an early meeting this morning so ate an Atkins, no sugar alcohols protein bar(270 cals)
Snack- Granny apple(probably 80 cals)
Lunch- lean cuisine whole grain rice and chicken(260 cals)- this may not be 100% SB legal, but it's a huge improvement from what I've been eating
Snack- 1 tsp Smucker's PB(??probably 90 cals)
So that's around 700 cals so far. And I'm hungry. Not cool. Don't get off until 6:30, won't be home until 7(the only thing I hate about this job). I'm trying to hold off for another hour and I'll either eat an orange or another spoon of PB. Supper will be chicken breast in mushroom soup, turnip greens, and maybe some brocolli or something quick to make. It's been so long since I've done more than 2 days in a row on SB I can't remember how long it will take before my hunger subsides(blood sugar levels getting stabalized). I hope soon!! Alright, it's getting busy again...
