Well, I gained a pound, and I'm not surprised. At least I grazed on broccoli, mushrooms and carrots instead of chips! It's a new week, so Will get back on track with eating right and exercise.
Cassie...So glad to hear you went to the doctor. Hope it heals real fast for you.
Michelle...I'm so sorry to hear your grandmother is ill. I will keep your family in my prayers.
Tracy...Glad to hear your ankle is feeling better.
Tina...Congrats on another pound gone. WTG!!!
I'll be back tomorrow morning and post some more personals. I"m posting a picture of the quilt I just finished. It's called "Minnestoa Blizzard". The colors are cream, gold, navy blue, forest green, sage green and burgandy in prints, plaids and solids.

Just what I needed to get myself back in the groove. Besides, it cold here this morning, so it will warm me up!!!
To go along with my funk, I'm not doing too well with either the eating or the exercising. Luckily there isn't anything too obnoxious in the house to eat . . . but I can manage to pack in lots of relatively 'good' calories . . . about 2300 yesterday.
