Hello Hello everyone!!
Happy Monday. Well, I have quit smoking today. My husband & I have both quit and I'm having such a hard time. It's been 17 hours since my last cigarette and that's all I can think about today. I have the "patch" on, but I'm literally going crazy...
Going to Curves tonight, so I'm hoping that it will take some of the "edge" off...I keep telling myself it's the best thing to do for me/us....
You all seem to be doing great with working out/eating....I still need to get the eating under control, but I'm going 3x week which was my first goal and I can't wait to be measured on the 11th of this month. I know I haven't really lost any weight, but I'm sure that I've lost inches.
Well.....gotta get back to work....thanks for listening..

. Giving up smoking is one of the hardest things you can do. I smoked for 8 years and finally gave it up when I became pregnant for the first time. You are doing such a wonderful thing for yourself and for your family. And think of the money you will save
.
. I know which machine you are talking about the taller ladies at my curves use the cushion. I wish that you had been told about it.
. You should do something special for yourself when you reach that 40 lost cause you deserve it
