Last night company went well. The low carb pizza crust was not so tasty, so I am glad I made regular crust pizza for guests. I ate mor ethan I should have, but at least it was very thin crust, no added sugar pizza sauce, loaded with roasted eggplant summer squash and onion and peppers and tomato, and just a light sprinkling of goat and feta cheese. I LOVED the topping. And the crust actually covered in pizza topping wasn't bad, it was eating the crust on the edges that was not so tasty. But for losing weight throwing out crusts is not such a bad plan.

. And I just finished eating the rest of my veggie pizza for lunch. I am stuffed and inspite of being healthier it was 800 calories :/ because of the oversized portion I just ate.
Breakfast was only 300, so I can still stay totally within my healthy range today. But I need to learn some better control when faced with yummy things.
Had a good workout this morning. After I don't feel so stupidly full I promised my step daughter (shes home on track break) that I'd play just dance with her. I'm thinking a good 30 mins or more playing that game and I'll be able to minimize some of the bad effect of my over indulgences.
