mindy I've had to work up to those miles and hours! haha I've never been mountain biking its sounds like fun though

So the scale is being psycho of course

I did 12 hours of hiking this week, which is the most hiking I've ever done in a week so its like the most intense week of exercise I've had(I've done more hours, but not of as intensive). So I'm pretty sure its water retention from muscle repair. Still super super annoying. I just look back on the last week on livestrong and its like....perfect. Ugh!
