dcapulet, ophelia, fauxtini - I am planning to start C25K this month as well. For some reason I thought my gym had an indoor track and so I was planning to do it there, but no track - so I guess it's going to need to be outside or on the treadmill. I'd prefer outside, but I kind of don't feel safe walking/running alone in the dark and evening is the only time of day I have available. I guess that means I'll need to start on the treadmill, where the svelte gym goers will be able to see all my jiggling and huffing

So... my weight was down a little more yesterday morning, my normal weigh-in day... and the scale put me right at my first real milestone: 10% body weight lost! So watch out 20% - my sights are set on you next!
