Good morning ladies!!! I'm feeling good again today. I noticed my pants are more loose than they were the last time I wore them. I just love these challenges. 




I think your thighs are sore because of those jumping squats and rock star jumps.
Today is my cardio and toning day so I'm going to the gym at lunch. 







it's motivating that you are seeing a change already only being half way through. are you stopping because you want to focus more on weightloss at the moment, opposed to toning and such?
