Good luck with the DVD! Since it's your first time (ever) I just want to say, don't get discouraged. It IS hard at first but it does get easier after the first few days. I'm only at Day 7 but I do feel a difference in my body (my legs feel so much stronger!). Another tip (not that you asked lol), do some before pictures to compare after you've finished the series. Talk about REAL motivation! Keep me posted


I've always known that I need to do daily pushups/crunches/etc, but I felt so stupid doing them by myself, it never lasted more than a day. Somehow doing it along with the video makes it so much easier.
