was the culprit that made me feel lousy last week,but I did find an alternative at the meeting place,they have a new products called pretzel thins that 2 pts per package if you follow flex or core.

I followed Hard Core this time around and only lost .6 I think I will give myself some leave way by cutting my grain carbs a little,in order to have more WPA's such as WW ice cream[2] pretzel thins[2] WW eng muffin & pita[1]. I really missed them doing hard core.

to aim for and have very very little grain carbs during the week The only thing I want to do is to have some of the WPA I listed above..Those 1-2 lbs will come off you'll see,the small amount is water retention.
