    May 6: RIDICULOUSLY lazy day. Not claiming anything because I don't deserve anything. UGH.
    May 7: Nothing. Injured. I hurt my hips in Karate last week, and I've been taking it easy to let them repair. I have Karate class tomorrow though....
    May 8: 60 Minutes of majorly hard Karate.... 40 minutes of vacuuming, mopping kitchen floor, laundry, picking up kids junk, washing windows ... etc. etc.

  • 5/4~I coached bball for 150 minutes (two games) which included jogging, walking, jumping up and down the side lines... I'm a very energetic coach... do those minutes count? About 30 minutes jogging, jumping, etc. total, so 30 min. for coaching. I did 10 minutes of dishwashing as well as 10 minutes of vaccuming and 20 minutes cleaning the bathroom (scrub, scrub) SO 40 minutes for chores...
