  • Tuesday October 9 did 60 minutes of Kickboxing
    Today 60 minute aerobic/weights class
  • 11 min warm up run (100)

  • whew!
    upper & lower body weights, 45 min elliptical, 15 min yoga/stretching AND got the first coat of stain on my deck.
  • Wow. Great exercise day Gamma!
  • 3 miles of sniff every poop/pee spot bush/tree/cable box in the neighborhood....the "paper" must have been good this evening! They are wore out! Didn't even bother to beg Angie to go, when she took off for her run.
  • Done!
    Couldn't sleep.

  • Today is 60 minutes of kickboxing + 60 minutes of weight training
  • 3.5 miles today...an easy day for the girls 1.5, then 2 for me on the treadmill.
  • 15 min walk and 15 min run combo. felt great tonight...the longest amount of time i've run in FOREVER...i think the great cool fall weather helped...but i'm stoked!

    I met a fitness goal today: I squatted my bodyweight! 2 full sets of 10. Hooray!
  • Angie ran the dogs this morning before work. I got on the treadmill and "zoned" for 90 minutes and 6 miles!
  • Short run with the dog this morning--a little more than 2 miles. 185 cals.
  • We were planning on going to Starbucks to get the mutts their double water latte's but it was raining. We still did a quick 1.5 around the neighborhood, then while Angie did yoga I finished with 3 miles on the treadmill.

    Everyone is doing GREAT! Must be the wonderful fall weather.

    Stretching and got all my water in-yeah!
