Today I'm back on the wagon!
Breakfast was 1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese, 1/2 banana, and 1 slice of toast.
Lunch was 4oz roast chicken and 1 cup blueberries.
Dinner will be salad with no fat dressing and a ground beef patty.
I've put in 30 minutes brisk walk and have 1/2 hour weight lifting to go...and my husband isn't even looking!

, lunch was a turkey, tomato and lettuce on wheat sandwich with celery and broccli instead of my ~ OLD USUAL ~ chips. Dinner will be a salad Angie is making, prety much a chef salad.
I made rice crispy treats for my boys and had one! Didn't taste that great, too much sugar. Felt Guilty so I hopped on treadmill!
