Here's my middle week post. I'm doing great on the Challenge. My weight is still the same but today is the time of the month, so next Monday's weight in will be more accurate for my weight loss results. But STS is great! That's a challenge for me lately as I keep going up, down, up again the same 5 pounds. So it's time to get my weight going down for good with this challenge.

I bought a new pedometer so I've started counting my steps again. I find that counting my steps helps me walk more so I can try to meet the recommended daily 10 000 steps for maintenance. I would love to do 15 000 for weight loss one of these days, but I find that almost impossible to do. I had a hard time getting to 10 000 steps the last time. So I'm simply aiming to get as many steps as I can every day closer to 10 000.

Red face Midweek Check In

Well I've been sticking to this. Not liking it, but it's hasn't been so bad really. I'm having a very hard time with the three hour thing in the morning. Is anyone a fan of Lord of the Rings: "What about second breakfast?" ha! I am a morning eater and can skip food from about 12 pm to 7 pm - so the mornings are hardest, so I try to eat smaller first breakfast and then allow myself a little more at snack time. I'm trying to keep my calories below 2000, but seem to be hitting about 2000... that's okay. I've noticed a big difference on how much I used to eat... so I'm hanging in there. I hope I notice a change by the weekend. If I don't see any inches, I'll just try on my too-tight jeans (size 24). My size 26 jeans are comfortable and a little loose. So I'm in-between. If my too-tight jeans give a little, I'll be on the right track!!! HAHA!

I'm glad I'm not too late. So my weigh in Sunday 223 My goals are to drink 64oz water daily, get 10,000 + steps in daily, no eating after 8pm. I've been doing good on all of those. So hopefully I'll see some kind of result sunday. It's been crazy here with the kids on spring break and the hubby off too. lol. Our dog got neutered Tuesday and is back at the vet's today as he licked his incision open. We kept stopping him but once we fell asleep there's not a whole lot that can be done. The pills they gave us, I thought was an antibiotic, hubby said no it was a pain killer and we think that's what's been making him bonkers. He's such a mellow dog and since Tuesday has been high strung. Now I'm off to the laundry mat to dry my clothes as my dryer is making this high pitched screeching noise and they'll be out here tomorrow to service it.
At least I went and got my haircut today and it looks nice. Talk to you later.

Default Time to Check In

Well I am doing pretty well. Still working on the water, boy it's really hard to get it all in! I stepped on the scales this morning and they are going in the right direction. I have walked twice this week and I felt so good afterwards. Hope everyone else is having a good week!

Second check-in for the week. I haven't been doing so good with the 3 hr. plan but overall, I'm feeling a bit energetic . Part of my class at school was a relaxation stress relief class and about 2 nights later, I did a beginner's Pilates (30 min.) video this week, so I have some extra energy . I hope that I can keep it. It's getting pretty hot here, (temp is 84 today), so I'm not much into heavy meals. The scale is still hanging around that 1/2 lb that has been tormenting me for weeks (up and down, up and down). I'm drinking that water and still working on that exercise goal.

Hello ladies!! I am joining in on the challenge.

My goal is to exercise 3 xs a week.

My starting weight is 150 lbs.

Let me get this straight.... 1pt for each lb loss, -1lb for each lb gained. How many points do you get for meeting your weekly goal? Are there any other points I am counting for?
Thanks!!
