Ok ladies, I am going to be leading the April Challenge!
I hope everyone will enjoy this modification of Dani's January challenge.
1) Weigh in on either April 2nd (Sunday) or 3rd (Monday) and this will be your weekly WI day for the challenge. I realize others weigh in on other days of the week, but I would appreciate it if we all could WI on either Sunday or Monday just for the challenge. You must post on this thread.
2) Each week on WI day you record (post) your progress...+1 point for every pound lost and -1 point for every pound gained.
3) Everyone needs to make some type of goal to strive toward weekly. This will earn you +1 point or 0 if you don't make your goal. examples would be some amount of excersize, water intake, meal planning, weight loss, etc.
4) You must post on your specified WI date plus another day durring the week that will get you another +1 point. This must be posted on this thread.
5) If you are able to make it through the 4 week challenge give yourself +5 points for completing the challenge.
I want to end the challenge the on the 30th of April or the 1st of May.
Winner gets bragging rights and the chance to host the next challenge!
