I was reading through and realized that I hadn't posted my WI and goal...
I will WI on Mondays...and I plan to get back on the exercise wagon and walk my treadmill 30 minutes, for 4 days each week. I will walk for 30 minutes extra when I go on vacation...
ok here is what I tallied for Sunday weigh in we need to hear from Phyllis, Emma, Sharon, Little Freedom, Lynn, Sharon Sparkle, Rhonda, and Laurie.
For Mondays we will hear from Susan, Loumomoffour, Vicki, Bren, and Tammy.
