First post on this thread!
I did some exercise!!
I took my 8 age old swimming, He usually goes in with my 12 year old ,and I sit and wait.
I,d promised we would go and the eldest was doing something else so I had no choice but to take the plunge.
I really enjoyed it and won't leave it so long before going again.
The best of all my cozie which was skin tight this time last year kept coming off the shoulder as I went under a waterfall.
Must try more types of exercise I might on be allergic to it after all

A brilliant run this morning on the treadmill. 10k in 60 minutes and 20 seconds. But hey, why count the 20 seconds, lets just call in an hour
Until a week or two ago I couldn't do 5k in 30 minutes on the treadmill, so I'm blown away by the fact that I did twice as far at that pace.

8k on the treadmill this morning in 65 minutes - 2.5k running and the rest walking on level 20 hills, plus some ball stuff.
And a half hour swim this evening. Possibly the nicest time of the week to swim because there's no-one else there. Maybe they all have lives
