May 17 - all outdoor stuff; digging, planting, weed whacking, 4 hours

May 20 - better! 15 min. stretching + mowing lawn, hauling water to water plants
Lost track of days...two days that were VERY hot, did no exercise. All other days, I have been outside doing gardening for at least 3 hours a day.
May 28 - Pahla B Standing abs and cardio, 28 min.; yard work 3 hours.
May 29 - Yard work, 3 to 4 hours. It's not ALL strenuous, there is mowing, weedwhacking and digging but also puttering around, repotting, transplanting.

I'll overshoot my first two goals -- yay! Since I prefer a rest day between strength-training workouts, I won't meet that goal until tomorrow, the last day of the month.

I crushed that minutes goal! I didn't plan to exercise that much, yesterday, but I called my brother just as I started on my walk and kept walking until we stopped talking.
